St. John’s Care Team have a varied role throughout the Parish. They visit families with children; people who have been bereaved; people who are lonely, and couples preparing for marriage.

The team can also take communion services at people's homes and visit families who are going through the baptism process. Each member of the team has a unique set of skills and different experiences that they use across the Parish to care for others.
